Return & Refund Policy

No returns will be accepted on opened products.

If you’d like to return an order please submit return request to us in 7 days to be considered for a refund. You can submit a return request to customerservice@gorgeousstrandsretail.com

There will be no refunds or reshipping on unclaimed or undeliverable postal packages. Please mare sure you are able to retrieve your packages before you place an order.

If refund is accepted your will received refund, minus shipping costs, within 5 business days.
