Due to an extremely high volume of orders as of March 1, 2024 our processing takes about 10-15 BUSINESS days. This excludes sales, weekends and holidays. After your order has been processed and prepared for shipping it takes on average 3-5 days to receive your order. If you have not received an order in the US within 15 business days (30 business days International) please send an email to customerservice@gorgeousstrandsretail.com. This complaint can be filed with us for up to 30 days in the US (45 days International). If has been more than 30 days please file an insurance claim at usps.com
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after tracking shows item received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unopened or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase included in the package.
Products purchased during a sales season are all sales final.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@gorgeousstrandsretail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Products marked with Made To Order are products mixed and packaged in small batches. These products are made as they are ordered. Because our products are not mass machine produced this is why shipping takes as long as it does. We hope you love our products that are freshly mixed and have not been sitting on a shelf for an extended amount of time!

How long does shipping take?
As of January 1, 2024 our processing takes about 5 BUSINESS days unless otherwise noted (i.e. preorder shipping). This excludes sales, weekends, holidays and PREORDER ITEMS. After your order has been processed and prepared for shipping it takes on average 3-4 days to receive your order. You will receive an email and/or text (if you signed up for both methods of communication) with your tracking number!
My package shows delivered but I cannot find it. Where is it?
Once your package leaves our possession we are no longer in control of where your items are put. Please contact your local post office to see where they delivered your package. If your package is lost by the post office all priority packages are insured up to $100. Please contact your local post office to file an insure claim. Make sure you keep your tracking number.
I put the wrong address on my package. How can I change it?
Please confirm that the address is correct within 24 hours of your order. If the address is not correct you have 24 hours to contact us to change. We you contact us please have your name and order number in the email along with the correct address. Once a package has began processing we cannot change the address. We are not responsible for making sure you put the correct address on your order.
I cannot find where to add the discount code. Where is it?
From your mobile browser the easiest way to find the discount code section is to click "check out." From there the checkout page will pop up. Click "show order summary" and that is where the discount code is located!
How much is shipping?
All US orders $75 and up are free. Other shipping costs are determined by the cost and weight of your items. You can find the shipping costs located in your cart after you have added your items!
Yes! Our products are safe enough to use on children!
Yes! Before you resort to the extreme measure of filing a chargeback with your bank please send an email to customerservice@gorgeousstrandsretail.com to request a refund. Once your refund is processed you will receive an email confirming.

Yes! In salon pick up is available for those in the Houston and surrounding areas. At checkout select in salon pick up. You will receive an email notifying you when products are ready for pickup.
Once a chargeback is submitted the order is immediately removed from processing. You will not receive your order. It is important to reached out via email first with any concerns before submitting a chargeback.
