Shipping and Pickup Policy
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Orders will be shipped or in order that they were received!
As of January 1, 2024 orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days (excluding sales, weekends and holidays which may take longer). Please know this ship time does not include PREORDER items. Popular times like the sales will ship in 7 business days. Please keep in mind that the products are made in small batches which means a little extra time and care are taken to make sure you have quality products! Consistency may vary but the output will be the same!
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Once a product is shipped the address cannot be changed.
Order refunds will not be accepted 24 hours after order purchase.
Purchases will be mailed via USPS or UPS and a tracking number will be provided (via the form of communication you choose at checkout) once your product(s) have been shipped.
Currently Only US shipping is offered.
Order issues:
Once you receive your order, if there are any issues please contact within 72 hours of delivery. Any complaints after 72 hours of receipt cannot be corrected.
Local pickup:
Once notified you may pickup your online order, if local pickup is selected during checkout, during salon business hours. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST. Salon business hours are:

Tuesday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 8am-3pm. If you select local checkout and you are not local your order will be cancelled.
You will have 5 business days to pick up your products in the salon.
