Shipping and Pickup Policy



Orders will be shipped or in order that they were received!

As of September 2020 orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days  (excluding sales, weekends and holidays which may take longer). Popular items like the bundle packages will ship in 7-10 days. Please keep in mind that the products are handmade which means a little extra time and care are taken to make sure you have quality products! Consistency may vary but the output will be the same!

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Once a product is shipped the address cannot be changed.

All shipments are sent out on Monday's unless theres a holiday. 

Order refunds will not be accepted 24 hours after order purchase.

Purchases will be mailed via USPS or UPS and a tracking number will be provided (via the form of communication you choose at checkout) once your product(s) have been shipped.

Currently Only US shipping is offered.

Order issues:

If you have issues with your orders please contact within 72 hours of delivery. Any complaints after 72 hours of receipt cannot be corrected.

Local pickup:

Once notified you may pickup your online order, if local pickup is selected during checkout, during salon business hours. Salon business hours are:

Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 8:30am-4pm. If you select local checkout and you are not local your order will be cancelled. 

You will have 5 business days to pick up your products in the salon.
