As of January 1, 2024 our processing takes about 3-5 BUSINESS days. This excludes sales, weekends and holidays. After your order has been processed and prepared for shipping it takes on average 3-4 days to receive your order. You will receive an email and/or text (if you signed up for both methods of communication) with your tracking number!

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after tracking shows item received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unopened or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase included in the package. 

Products purchased during a sales season are all sales final. 

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@gorgeousstrandsretail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
